and that time flies by faster than a kid with your remote.
We are ready to review but cannot do it without YOUR input. Compliance restrictions have forced us to ask for you to complete our form online. We understand that some people are fine with it and others are not so we have options!

Our preferred method this year is through our secure online system. It’s a guaranteed way that you’ll be reviewed before in-person appointments.
Once submitted, you’ll go straight into our Priority Review List, and we’ll email you the best-fit plan options.
Please be patient, we are working through these in order and if you completed the form, you will be contacted before December!

In-Person Help
For those who don't feel comfortable doing this alone - we are offering in-person help at our office. Book a time below for assistance entering your information.

Self-Enrollment
Several of our clients are very involved and want to enroll themselves and we totally get that! For those of you who prefer the option to control your input and enrollment, we are offering a portal to do just that.
The additional benefit is that we will still have access to your plan information to help service your policies! It's a win-win for everyone.
